Payments for Association Dues

The 2008 dues payment coupons you will receive in December 2007 will show a different payment address.  This is in line with the change of bank receiving the payments.  The switch to another bank will provide significant savings for the association in terms of zero banking charges and a higher interest rate.  Homeowners will also have the capability to make online payments using their charge cards for a fee or using their check draft  for free starting January 1, 2008 using the information on your 2008 payment coupons.

(Payments made online must be made by 1:00pm HST  in order to be credited to your account on the same day.  Payments  made after 1:00PM HST will be credited the next business day.)

The most cost effective way to pay your monthly dues is to sign up for Surepay automatic direct debit program.  Your dues are automatically deducted from your bank account for free on the 5^th business day of each month without incurring any postage costs and late fees.  Surepay forms can be downloaded from here or be  mailed to homeowners or picked up at our office.  We are now also accepting credit and debit card payments at our office.  Credit card payments by phone can be made during office hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
