The Villages of Kapolei is a planned community in which Homeowners wanting to alter the exterior of their homes are required to submit an application to the Design Review Committee for approval.
These applications are reviewed and acted upon by the Design Review Committee. The committee is comprised of several Homeowners and an Architect. The next scheduled meeting will be on February 16, 2017, at the Association Office. Applications must be received the day prior to the scheduled meeting by 5:00pm.
The link on the bottom left will provide you information on the rules and regulations which govern all exterior alterations. It includes the Design Review Committee Rules, Design Review Application, Design Guidelines, Design Review Fees, Land Classifications and Restrictive Covenants, Air Conditioning Guidelines and the Residential Landscape Design Guidelines. You may also print the Design Review Application and fill it out for submittal to the Committee.
