I CALL TO ORDER

There being a quorum present, President Smith called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

VI UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Design Review Committee Rules - After a review of the Design Review Committee Rules, the following motion was made:

President Smith motioned, and it was seconded, to approve the Design Review Committee Rules as presented. Motion carried on a vote of 6 to 1. Director Loring voted no.

Design Review Committee Landscape Guidelines - After a review of the Landscape Guidelines, it was a consensus of the Board that this matter be referred back to the committee to be completed and ready for presentation at the Board's next meeting later this month.
